Are Your Right for This Program?

  • I want credibility.

Coaching is becoming a common practice and I want to make sure I stand out from the rest. I know that obtaining the proper credentials will help me become more recognizable to clients and companies. I want credibility as a coach and is aware that most companies want to see ICF on my list of qualifications.

  • I want confidence.

I have already gone through a training of some sort in the past, but still don’t feel confident when it comes to coaching clients. I want to be trained comprehensively, as there are too many one-off materials online without a holistic source of references making it difficult to learn/build up coaching processes.

  • I value community.

I have wanted to meet more like-minded coaches who I can connect deeply with. I know that this work can be lonely or challenging. Having a small community of professionals can provide the support I need. I'd rather go through a program that builds an intentional community, so we can help one another, even after the program is over.

  • Impact is important.

I have a deep longing to make a lasting difference in this world, but want to make sure I am I doing it the best way for my and others. I know that there are resources to help me get there. I want to be supported by professionals who understand and provides tools to fulfill my desire to create positive change for my community and the world.

  • I'm a startup founder.

I've seen or experienced founders burning out, teams quitting, and dreams stifled. I want to see leadership thriving and teams feeling fulfilled. I don't want to see another company failing due to interpersonal issues. I want to learn more about leadership challenges and gain the tools to create a flourishing work culture.
