Bonnie Kim, M.Ed
Co-Founder, ICF-Certified Coach, Gallup Strengths Coach, Entrepreneur
Bonnie Kim has had various industry experiences ranging from teaching; non-profit work; local political work; creative directing; owning and operating several restaurant franchises. As a native Angelo, she graduated with an M.Ed from UCLA and founded an anti-human trafficking organization in 2008 that is still in operations today. As a veteran entrepreneur, she has also created specific business start-up courses for her clients, as well as consulted for multi-million dollar ventures. Some of her previous clients include World Economic Forum leaders, Entrepreneur Organization Chairs, and C-Suite leaders of various startups. However, out of all of the work she has been involved with, she is most passionate about helping leaders become better in their relationships with themselves and with others through her coaching platform. Credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and Gallup Strengths, Bonnie has recently launched a coaching certification program to help leaders, lead with more empathy and strategy. She loves to paint in her spare time, and dabble in some music by the way of DJ'ing.

Ken is the former COO of Darwin Marketing, that was acquired by iProspect, Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. in 2017 he setup the Shanghai office for Curiosity China prior to its acquisition by FarFetch. He has worked with, mentored and advised for multiple startups since 2008 including Ve Interactive, the UKs first Unicorn, WeBox the worlds first dedicated Boxing Training app. He currently advises for or sits on the board of advisors for Vera Cova, Bon App, and GloCoach. Ken was pivotal in the PARKLU acquisition by Launchmetrics.

It’s important to me to enhance the development of people as that is I believe that self-evolution transforms the greater whole of society. I am able to powerfully connect with diverse individuals and lead them toward immediate action. Using the International Coaching Federation, Gallup Strengths and educational methodologies, with over 15 years of business and management experience, I am able to provide impactful and transformative solutions on how leaders can maximize growth with individuals while maintaining sustainability.
